We take pride at delivering quality software and do not want you to have a bad experience with our apps.  One of the most common problems that occur with our PickMeBuzzer App is with the Wi-Fi access point not being open to let the different iOS devices communicate.  If you are trying to use a school or company Wi-Fi access point, it might not work due to security settings on the Wi-Fi access point.  We suggest when using the PickMeBuzzer App to get your own dedicated access point that works properly with iOS devices to avoid Wi-Fi access point problems.  Our apps go through testing to make sure you have the best experience possible, but we have no control over the hardware you decide to use. However, we can recommend what works best with our apps.

Using PickMeBuzzer with PickMeBuzzerApp Mac OS X Software

PickMe! software is made to function as a stand alone buzzer system or be used with Mac OS X buzzer apps. PickMeBuzzerApp is the software interface that allows the 4 Player Buzzer system of PickMe! to interact with the Mac to show who buzzed in first. This can then be projected onto a projector or TV.

Using PickMe!Keys with PickMe!

PickMe! software is made to function as a stand alone buzzer system or be used with other web/desktop apps using PickMe!Keys. PickMe!Keys is the software interface that allows the Pocket 4 Player Buzzer system of PickMe! to interact with our PC or Mac based Desktop or Web Apps.

Below are 3 easy steps to use PickMe! with your desktop program.

(1) Select the "4 Player Buzz" option when initially starting the PickMe! App.

(2) Download and install the PickMe!Keys Desktop App for the PC or Mac. Once starting the Desktop App make sure PickMe!Keys is receiving the buzz-in responses by looking at the status display.

(3) Minimize the Desktop App and open one of our web apps. You can also download one of our PC or Mac buzzer software titles. More web and desktop apps will be available in the coming months.
